The new position will form a key part of the plans to consolidate the School of Social Science’s interdisciplinary contribution to research and teaching in sustainability.

Position:

The School of Social Sciences (SOSS) invites applications for (Assistant Professor) tenure track position in Sustainability, with a specific focus on environmental policy and governance, sustainable development, or environmental sociology to begin in July of 2025. The School is particularly interested in environmental social scientists with an established research and teaching repertoire or high potential for scholarly work on topics related to sustainability, including collaborative governance, the water-energy-food nexus, natural resource management, climate institutions and partnerships, and sustainability governance and analytics. Those with a research focus involving Asia are especially encouraged to apply. Successful candidates will be expected to demonstrate a high level of social science research excellence, appropriate to the rank of position to which they are applying.

• Assist in pick and pack duties in an air-conditioned warehouse
• Conduct stock check and cycle counts
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and maintain efficient inventory organization
• Other duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Able to work for minimally 2 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall workflow and performance of the accounting team
• Review and finalize financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
• Ensure timely filing of taxes, regulatory submissions, and financial statements
