Summary:

• Salary structure: Basic salary + OT pay
• Basic salary up to $2500 + OT up to $1500
• 5 days work week
• Normal office hours @ 8.30 - 5.30pm
• Location: Islandwide
• Company vehicle will be provided for travelling purposes
• Locks, automatic, and security doors

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out schedule and retrofits automatic door parts
• Troubleshoot and conduct site check on the automatic entrance and propose recommendations
• Provide site report to client for the purpose of completion of works
• Perform testing and commissioning
• Decommissioning and conduct risk assessment of all products
• Keep updated on product information for both company's and competitor's products
• Other relevant ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager

Key Requirements:

• Class 3 driving license is a must
• Must have at least some door automation related working experiences

Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Planning and executing engaging marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, preparing reports, and recommending improvements.
• Collaborating with internal teams and suppliers/agencies to develop compelling content and communication materials, ensuring coherent and consistent brand messaging.
• Engaging with internal/ external stakeholders to gather valuable feedback and building lasting relationships.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market penetration in Singapore and Malaysia.
• Plan, organize, and execute events and exhibitions from concept to completion, ensuring they align with our brand’s image and goals.
• Providing support for special projects and initiatives as needed, and handling other tasks assigned by the management team.
• Management of marketing budget for marketing activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing communications, event planning, and execution.
• Strong creative skills with experience in designing marketing materials. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong project management skills, with an ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
