• Proactively address and escalate employee feedback and issues to management for resolution. Collaborate with the management team to uphold company HR policies and resolve discrepancies in HR matters.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre tour work, which include planning of tours, tour logistics, liaising with tour guides and external vendors
• Coordinate post tour work such as collection of customer feedback.
• Ensure that tours run smoothly and maintain high standard of tours
• Provide feedback and work with internal teams (e.g sales) to enhance customer experience
• Assist in ground management by providing support to tour guides and operational staff.
• Involve in searching and scheduling of manpower
• Manage inventory tracking and ensure that all necessary equipment and supplies are available, well-maintained, and ready for use for each tour
• Conduct thorough risk assessment and develop risk management strategies
• Represent the company and interact with clients in a professional and presentable manner.
• Assist in procurement of goods and services required for tours and develop partnerships with suppliers
• Assist in product development and development-based projects.
• Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews (e.g. Google My Business, TripAdvisor, Facebook).
• Perform other ad-hoc and admin duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Studied Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Working experience in tourism-related industry is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and computer literacy
• Great coordination skills and attention to detail
• Personable and fluent in English

Key Responsibilities:

1. Family & School Coordination: Facilitate and coordinate school and extracurricular activities for six children attending international schools.
   Communicate regularly with teachers, school administrators, and program coordinators to ensure all educational and activity needs are met.
   
2. Household Staff Management: Oversee household staff, including tutors, drivers, and other domestic helpers, to ensure smooth daily operations.
   Maintain schedules, delegate tasks, and ensure staff meet household standards.
   
3. Personal Affairs Management: Handle daily personal affairs for the employer and their family, including arranging travel, flights, hotel bookings, and dining reservations.
   Organize personal and family events, ensuring all details are managed to the highest standard.
   
4. Company Coordination Support: Assist in coordinating business affairs related to the employer’s investment and education-focused ventures.
   Serve as a liaison for business matters, organizing meetings and managing follow-ups to ensure smooth communication.
   

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in family or personal affairs management, executive assistance, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Job Description

The Assistant Teacher will assist the Child Care Teacher and the Principal in the execution of professional duties and responsibilities.

• Working alongside Child Care Teacher, provide appropriate learning experiences for children within an inquiry, play-based context
• Assist the Child Care Teacher in documenting the children’s learning through contributions via newsletters, portfolios etc.
• Create a clean, warm and nurturing environment for children
• Build and maintain close partnership with parent

Qualifications

• Possess Certificate/ HCIC/ACEY/Diploma in Early Childhood. Minimum Fundamental or ACEY cert.
