This is a full time role for an Assistant Operations Manager located in Geylang Bahru. Our client is one of Singapore's Leading Specialists for Buddhist funeral services and you will be responsible for managing funeral transfers and services, preparing monthly schedules for ground staff, and handling petty cash and vehicle-related matters. They work closely with all departments, oversee the Customer Service Team by assisting with phone duties and managing funeral parlours, and ensure the Operations Team adheres to company policies and processes. Job Description:

• Issuing, sending of PO via email and keep track of PO for procurement activities.
• Liaising with store to monitor stock inventories required by Operations Unit is in place to avoid any potential material shortage

The Procurement Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient and cost-effective procurement of equipment, services, and supplies for our fleet. What you will be doing:

• Assist the Procurement Manager in daily procurement activities, handling ad-hoc tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:
