• Verify supplier invoices with supporting documents such as Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
• Organize and maintain a filing system for supplier invoices and relevant documents.
• Prepare prepayment payment vouchers.

Accounts Receivable:

• Ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables.
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers.
• Update weekly customer aging reports by Salesperson and by Company.
• Send Statements of Account (SOA) to customers at month-end.

Requirements:

• Open to Singaporean and PR applicants only.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Storing of parcels in the warehouse and updating of records
• Scanning and sorting of parcels
• Assist in issuing and receiving parcels to delivery drivers
• Ensure that all parcels are handled with care
• To locate urgent parcels as and when required
• To always ensure and maintain proper housekeeping
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisors or operation managers

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience in Warehouse
• Able to perform shift work if required
• On the job training will be provided
• Willing to learn, able to work independently or in a team
