RESPONSIBILITIES

• Portioning of cooked food 
• Packing of food
• Assist with drinks preparation
• Set up the food preparation area
• General house keeping duties to maintain work place cleanliness

• Knowledge on belting procedures will be an advantage
• Willing to learn, hardworking, responsible and discipline
• Applicants without experience will be provided with training (OJT)

• Liaison person with Principle Investigator (PI) and site-PI.
• Liaison person with various departments for clinical research procedures e.g. Specialist Clinics, Laboratory, wards, etc.
• Adherence to protocol procedure.
• Screening and recruiting suitable candidates as research participants.
• Explain protocol to research participants.
• Ensure that informed consent is taken as per Singapore Good Clinical Practice (SGGCP) requirements.
• Contact and schedule appointments for research subjects within the time frame required in the protocol.
• Centrifuge blood specimens and send specimens to laboratory.
• Tracing and returning of case notes, blood results and all other results required in the protocol.
• Responsible for data collection and performing research procedures.
• Documentation of patient reimbursement logs
• Filing and documentation of paper and electronic case report forms.
• Maintain source documentation for each patient accordance to protocol requirements.
• Identify, document and submit protocol deviations to Domain Specific Review Board (DSRB) according to hospital and sponsor procedures.
• Inform PIs and collaborators on any adjustments based on protocol change.
• Identify and document Adverse Events (AE), if any, and obtain the PI’s signature.
• Work with in-house Research Database IT Specialist on extraction of patient medical records and data mining.
• Traveling to research participants’ house may be required.

GENERAL (10%)

• To participate in projects and activities as assigned by Director, Clinical Research Unit

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum Diploma in Biomedical Science or equivalent
• Experience as Clinical Research Coordinator preferred

• Responsibility for calendaring and scheduling appointments.

• Co-ordinate and set up the arrangement for the meeting.

• Managing and responding to emails, phone enquiries and other

• correspondence.

• Arrange activities, dinner or events

• Researching

• Drafting communications, plans and documents.

• Personal Vehicle related matters (Road Tax, Insurance, Season Parking).

• Answering incoming phone calls with courtesy and directing them to the relevant departments and personnel.

• Attending to walk-in visitors.

• Meeting Room Reservation

• Cleanliness of Meeting Room including clear cups / plates after each meeting is done.

• Handles account receivable and payment timely

• Responsible for invoicing

Job Description

• Assist in recruitment activities & employee onboarding/offboarding
• Work passes application, renewal and cancellation
• Update and maintain employees' database (in Excel and infotech)
• MOM survey
• Daily attendance
• Preparation of employment contracts and letters related to HR
• Do monthly Audit (Mandarin)
• Manage workers’ accommodation including check-in to, and check-out from dormitories, including arrangement upon workers' arrival in Singapore
• Training matters
• Taking minute meeting for Department weekly meeting
• And other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement

• O/ A levels / Diploma holder with 3 year of relevant working experience.
• Preferably with at least 2 of experience in Construction industry.
• Good knowledge of MOM regulations and other statutory boards regulations
• Have some basic knowledge of book keeping
• Must be independent
• Bilingual (English & Mandarin), able to read & write due to the document from HQ (Taiwan) is in Mandarin
