Duties and Responsibilities

1. Be aligned and act in accordance to SMRT's Vision, Mission, Service Standard and Core Values.

2. Ensure good understanding, knowledge and skills needed for all maintenance activities and provide support for staff training.

3. Lead and supervise a team of Technical Officer(s) to perform preventive, corrective, overhaul, troubleshooting, engineering analysis, investigation or any assigned maintenance activities on all rolling stocks, depot and workshop equipment.

4. Assist to plan and coordinate staff deployment and shift roster to optimise resources utilisation.

5. Verify and ensure all tasks executed by the team are in accordance to latest Work Instructions, Quality, Maintenance, Operational and Safety Procedures, and to ensure personal and peers’ safety at all times.

6. Ensure spares, tools and equipment used are in good condition and calibrated if necessary.

7. Perform train shunting activities and operate depot equipment, maintenance vehicles and maintenance equipment to support maintenance activities of the group.

8. Verify and ensure work records done by the team are updated factually, accurately and timely on Work Records Form and on the Maintenance Management System

9. Report immediately any abnormalities or practices observed that are not in accordance to Work Instructions, Quality, Maintenance, Operational and Safety Procedures.

10. Adopt KAIZEN methodology (5M, 5S & 5W) to eliminate 8 Wastes and improve Productivity and Value of work performed.

11. Provide support to staff, contractors or any other personnel who are required to perform work on depot and all rolling stocks.

12. To support the group during incidents, accidents and emergencies.

13. Ensure excellent housekeeping are maintained within all work areas.

14. Maintain a high level of work discipline and standards.

15. Perform any other task as assigned.

The Relief Teaching Assistant, reports directly to the Class Teacher and is responsible to assist Class Teachers with the teaching and supervision of students. She/He will also assist in resource preparation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Carries out the Mission, Vision, Values and initiatives established by the school
• Improves and upkeeps the repute of the school by conducting oneself in a professional manner at all times in speech, action, appearance and demeanor
• Provide support to the teacher to ensure a safe and stimulating educational environment
• Assist the teacher in the preparation for daily activities by:

a. preparing lesson deliverables including worksheets, drawings and handouts,

b. preparing/developing/making various resources/teaching aids,

c. setting up the classroom and other appropriate facilities,

d. maintaining the cleanliness of the class.

• Present subject matter to children, under the guidance of a teacher, utilizing a variety of methods including stories, activities, and role playing
• Assist children, individually or in groups, with lesson assignments to present or reinforce learning concepts both in and outside the school
• Be familiar with weekly lesson plans, each student’s Individualized Educational Programme and health/medical conditions
• Maintains confidentiality of records and information of students and families

Assist on Logistics daily operation plan and arrangement eg: fetch worker, delivery, Diesel truck , lorry crane, Mechanic daily maintenance, Pick up driver delivery documents and materials, etc

Data entry.

Preparation of Daily/weekly/monthly report on machinery fault , site workers/operatorator discipline, machinery usage, diesel usage, all vehicle usage, etc.

Assist to supervise a team of logistics/production staff in performing day to day Logistics/production activities. Maintains records and schedules. Plan and coordinate the maintenance and repair of machinery

Assist n conduction cycle count and stock check in order to ensure 100% accuracy.

( all project site and warehouse). Maintains stock record for spare parts and materials.

Assist in ensuring efficient use of warehouse/production space, manpower and equipment.

7.

Ensure good house-keeping and cleanliness within the warehouse/production.

8.

To support procurement team, and project site operation to fulfill project operations.

9.

To control, develop and maintain all internal/external documentation for procedures and works instructions.

10.

Meets warehouse/production operational standards and safety standard by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews, resolving problems, and identifying warehouse system improvements.

Vehicle record ,eg :allocation , maintenance, road tax , insurance , usage monitory

Machinery record eg :allocation , maintenance ,PE cert , insurance , usage monitory

Search machinery spare parts supplier, compare price and issue MRF for approval and pass to Purchaser.

13.

Other ad-hoc duties as assign by immediate superior

Responsibilities:

• Verification on IT peripherals at customer site.
• Hard disk removal and laptop data erasure.
• Checking and packing of returned equipment before sending back to main office.
• Other adhoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Able to commit to office hours (Monday to Friday 9am - 6:30pm)
• Working locations are based on deployment schedule. Possible all around Singapore
• Candidates with basic IT hardware knowledge are welcome
• Independent and meticulous
• Travelling allowance will be provided if travel from client site to client site within the day
