Responsibilities & Duties:
1. Cleaning Responsibilities
· Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, washing and sanitizing of toilets and vacuuming floors
· General window wiping
· Dust and wipe surfaces, including desks, tables, and other furniture
· Empty and dispose of trash bins
· Ensure a clean and presentable environment for employees and visitors
· Keep the pantry or refreshment area organized and clean
· Collect used cups, dishes, and utensils, and wash them as needed
2. Workspace Organization
· Arrange chairs and tables in meeting rooms and pantry area
3. Adherence to Health and Safety Standards
· Follow proper hygiene and safety protocols when handling food and cleaning materials
· Use and store cleaning chemicals according to safety guidelines
· Report any safety concerns or potential hazards to supervisors
4. Others
· Monitoring and ensuring an adequate supply of hand soap, toilet paper, and other essential items
· Be adaptable and willing to assist with additional tasks or responsibilities as needed
· Ad-hod duties as when required
Requirements
· Prior office housekeeping/ cleaning experience is advantageous
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Able to work independently
