About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Back Office Team Leader to oversee and manage our Trade Finance, Settlement, Transaction Administration teams, along with other key operational functions.. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, banking, finance, international trade, or a related field; advanced degrees are an advantage.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in trade finance, transaction administration, or settlement operations within the banking industry.
• In-depth knowledge of trade finance instruments, international settlement systems, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Strong understanding of local laws on foreign exchange control, investment, and AML requirements.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams effectively and drive operational excellence.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
