The EUC Engineer provides technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware and software. He/She responds, documents and resolves service tickets in a timely manner and according to Service Level Agreements. He/She creates new report templates and formats for new analysis. He/She interacts with cross functional teams, understands support requirement, performs ad-hoc root cause analysis, develops checklists for typical problems and defines methods for issue resolution and prevention.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare worksheets for teachers and students
• Attend to walk-in customers and enquiries
• Promote our classes to potential customers
• Invoicing duties
• Assist in day-to-day operations of a tuition centre

Pre-requisities

• Able to speak and write well in English
• Know how to work with Google Drive, Sheets, Slides etc
• Able to communicate well via whatsapp
• Able to commit for at least 3 days in a week

Salary

• $10/hour on weekdays
• $12/hour on weekends

• Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel.

• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing meeting rooms, and maintaining office supplies.
• Assist with data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks as needed.
• Ensure a positive first impression of the office for all clients and guests.

Requirements:

• Min O level; additional qualifications in administration are a plus.
• Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in english and mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking counterparts

Responsibilities:

• Provide support requirements at customer’s site. This includes installation, repair, servicing, liaising and maintenance of solutions in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications to ensure customer satisfaction and service operation are achieved.
• Conduct installations based on customer’s requirements and company specifications, from site inspections through to final sign-off and acceptance.
• Diagnose and perform repairs on equipment and solutions and ensure that relevant updates and patches are applied accordingly on-site or remote diagnostic procedures at customer’s sites.
• Initiate escalation procedures and follow up on all open requests of allocated sites to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage and maintain daily operations of IT services on the installation, configuration and set-up of all new computer equipment.
• Establish and maintain office network accessibility and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

• Diploma, or Degree, in Engineering/Computer Science/IT or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ working experience in a technical service role.
• Ability to analyze, diagnose and resolve account service issues.
• Possess IT skills in MS Windows, desktop hardware and network environments.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and customer oriented.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Independent and results oriented.
