Purpose of the Role:

Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for front-facing patient management and provision of administration support to the department to ensure the smooth operation of programmes and services offered to cancer patients and survivors.

This is a patient-centric role which requires focus on front facing client management (i.e. patient liaison, attendance tracking, fee collection and related patient matters).

Client management:

• Manage purchases and liaise with vendors
• Verify invoices for payment of purchases and services

The Senior Assistant Manager is responsible to support the COO Office in driving key operational projects within the hospital. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in streamlining processes, managing cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic objectives.
