Purpose of the Role

The Manager, Transformation Office, serves as a pivotal support to the CEO and CTO, ensuring the effective implementation of APSN’s initiatives. 4. Change Management

• Design and implement change management strategies to support organizational transitions.
• Facilitate training and capacity-building initiatives to prepare staff for new processes and systems.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels to secure buy-in and drive successful adoption of changes.

5. Continuous Improvement

• Analyze and improve existing processes to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine APSN’s strategies and initiatives.
