As an Assistant IT Project Manager, you will be working closely with the Project Manager in developing and managing project schedules, scopes, resources, and monitoring of project health.

Responsibilities

· Working with internal stakeholders, external vendors and customers in the projects.

· Assist in the development and management of project schedules and resources, identify risks, define problem solving strategies, and facilitate conflict resolution.

· Leading cross-functional team meetings and drives for outcomes towards project success.

· Identifying and scheduling customer-facing meetings to assure effective completion of projects.

· Managing day-to-day operational aspects of a project delivery.

· Assist in the tracking and reporting of project.

· Contribute to the creation and updating of project documentations.

· Able to handle tasks with multiple deadlines and efficient in prioritizing tasks accordingly.

· Develop meeting minutes independently and follow up on action items.

Qualifications

· Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or Engineering or relevant

· 3 - 5 years of experience in IT Project Management.

· Preferably with a valid PMP Certification.

· Understanding of different project delivery methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile and Scrum.

· Able to handle complex projects with different groups of users and external vendors.

· Having an eye for details and having potential to see roadblocks or risks down the line.

· Demonstrated success managing priorities and personalities in cross-functional teams.

· Good verbal and written communication skills

The successful candidate will be (KET):

- Providing solutions to clients to reduce costs in customs operations and taxes to maintain their strategic advantage through use of Customs Valuation and Classification, and Free Trade Agreement, Global Trade Strategy, Saving Opportunity Reviews

- Conduct compliance assessments and advise clients on mitigating risk issues relating to cross border business, import and export matters

- Advise clients on how to ensure compliance with local laws and to ensure regulatory requirements are met

- Research on innovative solutions through the use of technology to improve trade efficiency which take into consideration sound knowledge of our clients’ businesses

- Collaborate closely with our colleagues in the tax and advisory practice to develop a cohesive tax offering and demonstrate our specialised knowledge in the respective client industry

The ideal candidate should:

- Possess at least 4 to 5 years of relevant working experience in international trade, supply chain, accounting, finance, economics, law related field

- Possess a university degree and/or professional qualification in similar industry

- Interested in a career as a customs and trade advisor

The HR Officer/Office Administrator oversees various HR and administrative functions. This role requires a thorough understanding of Singapore's Ministry of Manpower (MOM) Employment Act, including expertise in managing work permits and adhering to relevant regulations and procedures. Additionally, the position involves regular reporting to global HR and ensuring compliance with global HR policies.

Role and Responsibilities:

HR Administration:

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with global HR standards.
• Manage employee records and ensure compliance with MOM regulations.
• Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Work Permit Management:

• Handle the application, renewal, and cancellation of work permits for foreign workers.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and procedures for work permits and visas.
• Liaise with MOM and other regulatory bodies regarding work permits and employment issues.

Employee Relations:

• Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conflicts.
• Conduct employee orientation sessions and coordinate training programs.

Office Administration:

• Oversee general office operations and ensure a well-organized and efficient office environment.
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities.

Reporting and Compliance:

• Prepare regular reports for global HR on local HR activities and compliance status.
• Ensure adherence to global HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Singapore’s employment laws and regulations.

Payroll and Benefits:

• Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries.
• Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave management, and other benefits.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to payroll and benefits.

Skills and Experiences:

• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
• Familiarity with MOM regulations and work permit procedures.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
