Reporting to Director, Mental Health & Counselling Services (MHCS), the role will :

a. Strategy:

• Support the Senior Management Team in formulating short, medium and long-term strategies, action plans and targets in line with the mandate of MHCS.
• Operationalise our strategy mission and strategy through the provision of MHCS and ensuring these services operate on sound sector and professional principles.

• 5 days work week, Mon to Thu (8.30am to 6.00pm) / Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Salary: $4000 per month

Job scope:

• Team Contribution: You'll help improve land safety and efficiency with internal Systems.
• Project Collaboration: You'll work closely with the Project Manager and team to smoothly implement and validate, emphasizing land related messaging and data collection.
• Design and Implementation: Your role involves designing, implementing, and validating, including project planning, GIS design, and using data analytics software.

Requirement:

• At least Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/ Engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge of information technology, IT application in infrastructure and software systems.
• Keen interest in the development and operations Systems.
• Individual possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for full set of accounts for SMEs clients.
• Supervise junior team members and provide assistance to the Manager to ensure that the required filings and submissions are done within the stipulated timeline (Supervisor/AM)

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including VLookup and Pivot Table) advantageous

Responsibilities:

• User Access Compliance

1. Responsible for carrying out the on-boarding and off-boarding access lifecycle in a timely manner.
2. Provide end-to-end support in resolving users’ queries/issues pertaining to application access.
3. Working with internal stakeholders in coordinating the recruitment and posting
4. Ensure access compliance in accordance with organization’s policies and procedures.
5. Be the point of contact for users’ access monitoring investigation.

• Experience in IT Audit OR implementing IT governance framework / policy, IT Security will be an advantage.
• Inquisitive, meticulous and process good logical, analytical and process flow skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and different levels of stakeholders.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills desired.
