Role:
This is a full-time, onsite, Front Desk Admin Assistant Role in MOE Secondary School. If you are selected,
You will work closely with Admin Manager (AM) and School Leaders (SLs) in an MOE Primary School (nearest MRT- Cashew Station) in the day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:
Running of errands
· Conveying messages to the parents and staff in the school.
Data entry
· Recording late coming of students.
· Recording loan of uniforms to students
Updating of daily staff absence data
· Record the daily student report sick data in the log books
Receiving and registering documents
· Receive and register documents in the front office.
Sorting and storing of files
· Sort out and keep the daily files at the office counter.
· Any adhoc duties tasked by the school leaders
Job Requirements:
• Preferably GCE 'O' Level Certificate or equivalent
• Should have at least 3 years of experience as receptionist.
• Having prior general administration experience working in a school environment would be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to use basic Internet sites i.e. Gmail, WhatsApp Web, etc.
• Able to communicate with students, aged 13 to 17 years old age group
Summary:
Contract Period: From 17 March 2025 to 16 March 2026
Working Hours:
• Mondays to Fridays: 6:30am to 12:30pm (no lunch break included)
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
