RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for project management activities with focus on campus master planning and implementation of development projects.
• Drive engagement of stakeholders as well as end users, including putting in place frameworks/tracking.
• Manage multiple projects with flexibility and adapt to changing priorities.
• Collaboration with other OCIS teams on inter-linked areas related to campus space planning.
• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, etc.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (A master's degree could be advantageous).
• 5 to 10 years of proven local managerial experience in project management with activities involving project execution planning, master planning, infrastructure planning, etc.
• Strong planning and project management skills for large scale projects.
• Ability to manage complex and strategic planning projects within established timelines and budgets.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Able to manage stakeholders and end users.
• Extensive experience in managing large scale refurbishment/renovation commercial/education building and projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse team members and stakeholders.

Job Description:

1) Processing of Student Allowances including disbursement of monthly stipends, housing subsidy and other various allowances; calculation of no-pay-leave; calculation of CPF, collation and verification of documents, data entry into HRIS system.
2) Processing of students claims and invoice verification including airfare, accomodation, medical and health insurance.
3) Verification of tuition fees billed by local and overseas universities.
4) Allocation of cost and reimbursement to various internal departments
5) Generation of reports

Period:

• 2 year contract (renewable)

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday; 8.30am – 6pm

Salary:

• Up to $3300 + PB

Location:

• Buona Vista/AMK (1-2 times a week)

Job Requirement:

1) 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in HR and/or administration
2) Diploma and above
3) Good written and communication skills
4) Able to multitask and is Tech Savy
5) Quick learner and a team player
6) Meticulous in record keeping
7) Able to work independently
8) Able to multi-task and manage the workload during peak periods and work closely with the team as backup resources for timely delivery of services
9) Prior experience with SAP is an added advantage

Responsibilities:

• Support investment officers in portfolio management matters in a timely manner, including review of portfolio companies’ corporate actions and providing recommendations.
• Ensure smooth running of post-investment operations, including accurate and timely portfolio reporting and valuation within the organisation.
• Maintain updated and accurate investment data, including portfolio and deal documentation, collection of financial and non-financial data.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams on digitalization and strategic initiatives including vendor management, implementation, and post-implementation activities.
• Continually strive for operational excellence; seek ways to streamline processes and create operational efficiencies.

Requirements:

• Degree in a related discipline (Accountancy, Statistics, Business or Finance), or candidates with relevant working experience (including in investment operations or legal corporate work) may apply.
• Good understanding of accounting and valuation fundamentals. Knowledge of business or corporate law would be an added advantage.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Advanced Excel skills and comfortable with learning new systems during course of work.
• Detail-oriented, organised, meticulous and number savvy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and interact at different levels
• High sense of accountability, strong will to succeed, demonstrated curiosity and desire to learn
• A proactive team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.
