Job Scope

Adminstrative Work

- Issue quotation

- Raise PO / verifying supplier invoice

- Paperwork for customer invoicing

- renewal of worker permit

Account Related

- Issuing invoice to customer

- Process supplier payment

- Monthly bank reconcilation

- basic bookkeeping

- prepare quarterly GST report and submission

Payroll

- calculate worker salary

- prepare CPF contribution

Any other task assigned (from time to time)

Qualification

Min. Diploma

Prefer - Experience in Landscape Sector (no experience are also welcome to apply)

Min. 2 year administrative related experience

Only Singaporean / Singapore Permanent Resident (may apply) as company no quota for permit.

Able to start work with short notice period
