Qualifying Examination Management

• Coordinate the scheduling of qualifying examinations
• Liaise with faculty to arrange examination panels
• Prepare and distribute relevant documentation to all parties
• Process examination outcomes and maintain records

Requirements:

• Possess a recognized Diploma in higher education, arts management, or a related field.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), as well as collaboration tools such as Teams and Zoom.
• A minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in an Institution of Higher Learning (IHL) environment.
• Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English, with strong communication skills to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
