Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office including administrative assistance, managing office equipment, and providing customer service.
• Preparation of contracts
• Follow up with outstanding matters.
• Responsible for maintaining office systems and procedures, as well as ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.

Requirement:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience in administrative assistance and office administration
• Knowledge of office equipment and ability to troubleshoot common issues
• Attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite
• Experience in a startup environment is advantageous
