As a Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Planning, coordinating and directing on the overall operations of the Nursing Departments.
• Ensuring that the procedures are aligned to the organization’s strategic plan.
• Leading a nursing team to manage staffing needs.
• Conducting of ward rounds.
• Mentoring and supervising nurses in their clinical practices.
• Participating in any hospital committees or projects.

Requirements

• At least 12 years of nursing management experience or at least 5 years of Senior Nurse Manager or above
• Preferable with Post-Graduate in Management
• Good Communication Skills and People Management Skills

Job description:

- Handle and support Director on general accounting tasks assigned.

- Handle finance related matters

- Financial reconciliation to ensure accuracy.

Requirement:

- Nitec, Diploma in Accounting or related field.

- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in Accounting.

- Organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

- Excellent in Microsoft Applications, in particular Microsoft Excel.

- Meticulous, attentive to details
