· Minimum 2 years managerial experience in F&B or relevant experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute day-to-day loan operations transactions
• Address inquiries and concerns from customers, banks, and other departments related to loans and securities matters
• Process swift payments for loans
• Obtain loan rates and perform necessary reconciliations
• Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder with 1-2 years of loan operations experience in Banks
• Some experience in agency operations will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player & ability to work with people from multi levels

Job Scope:

•Review and process invoices/submissions in e-Procurement platform (TenderBoard) for interface to SAP B1 (3-way match).

•Ensure account codes and GST codes used are appropriate.

•Prepare payment processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments to beneficiaries and vendors.

•Perform reconciliations between interfacing systems and bank deductions.

•Perform completeness checks to ensure transactions are interfaced.

•Assist in liaising with user departments on clarifications.

•Assist in admin matters of accounting functions.

•Support audit reviews and year-end processes.

•Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
