AR function:

• Daily cash flow reports to management
• Key daily receipts to accounting system for credit cards/cash/cheque/giro received
• Credit control - follow up payment for the outstanding invoices
• Daily upload Amex BTA/Airplus report
• Daily download credit card statement
• Creation of customer’s code
• Application of Lodge card
• AD hoc invoice for airline incentive/marketing fund / rebate credit note
• Monthly statement to customers

Adhoc:

• May be required to participate in travel fairs.
• Any ad hoc duty assigned by your supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level or relevant background in Accounting.
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Accounting..
• Prior working experience in Travel Industry would be preferred
• Able to work as a team member.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Meticulous with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Competency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

POSITION DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform HR administrations, handling of recruitment & selection
• Assist onboarding and off-boarding process
• Assist to maintain and ensure accuracy of information in the HRM system and physical documents (ie. Employee records, leave, claims etc)
• Monitor and process all work passes renewal and application
• Managing the communication channel with the staff e.g. announcement of policies, events etc
• Provide administrative support such as scanning, filling, compiling documents etc.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by immediate superior.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Salary is commensurate with HR experiences in Singapore
• Locally Candidates must be familiar with Employment Act and MOM regulations
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive approach, Meticulous, Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• Must be proficient in computer skills such as Word and Excel
