We are seeking a dynamic individual to take on a multifaceted role encompassing finance, human resources, logistics, and office operations management. This pivotal position requires a versatile professional capable of overseeing and efficiently managing various facets of our organization. The successful candidate will play a central role in ensuring the seamless functioning and coordination of diverse operational areas.

Responsibilities:

Finance:

• Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, expense tracking, and budget management.
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to support decision-making processes.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as auditors and financial institutions, to ensure compliance and smooth financial operations.

Human Resources:

• Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management processes.

Logistics:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
• Liaise with vendors and shipping partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
• Optimize logistics processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Office Operations Management:

• Manage day-to-day office operations, including facility management, supplies inventory, and equipment maintenance.
• Implement and enhance administrative procedures to streamline workflows and maximize productivity.
• Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2-3 years) in finance, HR, logistics, and office operations management.
• Strong financial acumen and familiarity with accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage diverse responsibilities effectively.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for financial analysis, HR management, and logistics coordination.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Manning of General Office counter;
• Attend to queries from students, parents or members of public (phonecalls & walk ins)
• Assist in general administrative and student related duties
• Checking of documents for Financial Assistance application
• Maintaining of Financial Assistance list
• Preparing outcome letter for Financial Assistance
• Guide staff for incident report
• Preparing early dismissal slip for unwell students
• Oversee bus booking orders
• Assist in basic financial duties (work payment officer on follow up)
• Assist in other office or admin duties assigned by the Authority

Working Hrs:

• Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
• Mondays to Thursdays: 9:00am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
• Fridays: 9:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Qualification:

• At least 1 years of working experience as a receptionist or doing admin in a secondary school environment.
• At least GCE ‘N’ level certification
• Able to communicate and write well in English and at least one other language.
• Possess good communication skills and able to work independently as well as a team player.
• Able to use Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel

• Manning of General Office counter;

• Inform parents on Financial Assistance outcome

Working Hrs:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
• Fridays: 7:00am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Key Appointment

Work within a team responsible for the account management of allocated partnerships; establish and sustain good working relations for the long-term growth of business.

This role will also work closely with the team to deliver on the strategic direction to achieve sales target and business objective as well as to ensure all sales and operational processes are compliant with the regulatory & compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

This role shall work closely with the Head of Business Development and the team to implement the strategic direction of the cluster under their care and shall ensure that the achievement of their targets and business plan is in congruence with the department’s overall objective.

Sales Cluster Management:

• To ensure growth targets on APE and headcount within the appointed cluster are met.
• Conduct strategic planning and business needs analysis with the leaders and wealth planners of the appointed cluster to align financial objectives.
• Actively engage team leaders in their recruitment activities to facilitate growth.
• Where appropriate, takes a lead role with stakeholders at a working level to discuss sales management approaches for target clients.

Key Decisions within the Role

• From time to time, will be assigned the lead role in the development of sales ideas for the Partnership Distribution team, including the training of the team.
• Where necessary, the role holder shall engage and collaborate with other internal Singlife's departments to up the level of operational service standards and for the delivery of business plans.
• Create and maintain a risk management environment that ensures risks taken by the function are identified, assessed and frequently monitored, managed and reported against

Requirements

• More than 5 years of relevant experience in the Financial or Insurance Industry
• Experience in sales force / sales agency management or business account management
• Good inter-personal and effective communication skills both written and verbal, building strong relationships at all levels
• Detail focused, highly analytical orientation
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically with problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently with good time management skills
• Highly motivated and well-organized
• Good standard of professional presentation and group facilitation skills
• Good knowledge of insurance practices, operations and processes.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Good knowledge of the Life insurance industry with knowledge in Life Health and ILPs products..
• Highly adaptable to changes
