• Perform new business underwriting assessment within assigned authority, achieving KPIs through active case management.
• Negotiate with reinsurers for best offer for benefit of customers during facultative underwriting.
• Manage and build, a proactive and productive relationship with various sales channels
• Review on underwriting rules and update in AIS
• Support UAT when required
• Participate in product development, data analysis and preparation of management report
• Review and identify areas of process improvement
• Assist with any other projects as assigned
