Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for events.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and relevant trends for event promotion.
• Create promotional materials, including both digital and print assets, to attract event attendees.
• Implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels, such as social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Develop engaging content to promote our services.
• Craft social media posts and email newsletters to generate excitement and drive event attendance.
• Monitor marketing expenses and budgets, optimizing allocations across online and offline channels to achieve marketing objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
• Attend conferences to enhance professional knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about marketing (both online and offline) and communications.
• Proficiency in various editing software.
• Strong understanding of industry trends and developments.
• A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for the role.

Salary: $2,800.00 - $3,800.00 per month

Location: Alexandra Road
Working Hours: 10AM to 7PM
Working Days: 6 days work week; Must work on Saturday and Sunday; Off day on Thursday

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our vibrant dance studio team. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while efficiently managing inquiries and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about classes, schedules, and studio policies.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Sell dance packages and handle renewals, maintaining accurate records of transactions.
• Maintain the front desk area and ensure it is well-organized and inviting.
• Collaborate with instructors and staff to coordinate schedules and special events.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the daily operations of the studio.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience in customer service is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with scheduling software.

Compensation:

• Basic Salary: $2,500 per month
• Commission on sales of packages and renewal deals
