Job descriptions

• Regular cleaning duties to ensure tidiness, cleanliness and hygienic environment of the clinic.
• Sweep and mop the floor;

Job Description:

• Support the HR Shared Services on onboarding administrative and day to day administrative work
• Provide support to the data inception team to ensure smooth delivery of HR Shared Services
• Ensure the effective maintenance of all appropriate records/relevant documents for data inception
• Administration of pass applications
• Extracting monthly data
• Tabulating monthly data for submission to Finance for payment
• Prepare and issue necessary documents to staff
• Update status in HR System
• Creation of P-files for new hires and ensuring proper housekeeping of P-files
• Any other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma/Degree in any discipline
• Able to work independently and as a team player
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (in both verbal and written)

Job Description

• Perform settlements of Treasury products including Money Market, FX, IRS
• Perform settlements of fixed income products including MAS Bill, US treasury, etc.
• Co-ordinate and provide effective back-office support to Treasury
• Daily cash management of Nostro Accounts incl. Euroclear
• Prepare SWIFT’s outgoing messages, confirmations and payments
