2.1 To implement employee engagement surveys, track the progress of action planning and monitor the effectiveness of employee engagement initiatives and programmes.

2.2 To support initiatives and activities to build corporate culture, live organisation core values and develop organisation as an Employer of Choice.

B. Employee Awards

2.3 To manage organisation’s internal reward and recognition programmes.

2.4 To manage organisation’s application of external and national awards.

2.5 To help develop and support organisation’s strategy and framework for employees to achieve total workplace safety, health and wellness.

2.6 To plan and conduct employee health screening and monitor employee health indicators.

2.7 To support the Total Workplace Safety and Health Steering Committee

2.8 To support organisation’s Peer Support Programme to support workplace mental health.

D. Employee Wellness

2.9 To support the formation and functioning of the employee health & wellness committee.

2.10 To plan and manage organisation’s employee health & wellness calendar of events.

2.11 To monitor participation rates and effectiveness of safety, health & wellness activities.

2.12 To formulate and monitor the budget for engagement, rewards and recognition and health and wellness programmes.

2.13 Any other duties as assigned

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming materials, take samples for quality control (QC), and store materials in the correct warehouse locations.
• Unload incoming shipments and check shipping documents against the physical goods to spot any discrepancies. Report any issues to QC, Purchasing, or Supply Chain for follow-up.
• Issue materials to the Production and other departments, ensuring proper system updates, documentation, and physical transfers.
• Dispose of food ingredients and chemical waste according to NEA guidelines.
• Prepare export shipments by picking and packing goods before the Full Container Load (FCL) date and ensuring timely loading into export containers.
• Use barcode scanners and ERP systems for stock-taking and stock checks, performing daily cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
• Maintain basic housekeeping of the warehouse.
• Ensure all inventory transactions (Goods Received Note, Goods Issued Note, and Stock Adjustment Note) are updated on time to maintain stock accuracy in the system.
• Provide clerical support for warehouse operations.
• Willing to work overtime if needed.

• Assist in appointments, operating theatre, ward, and other related bookings
• Assist in patient queries and divert calls to relevant parties
