• Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies
• Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency)
• Ensure engineering best practices, including writing comprehensive test cases are followed
• Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt content based on product/program updates and user feedback
• Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve them by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality. Support engineering operations, including being on-call for production support when necessary
• Collaborate effectively with the team, while being a good communicator (both verbal and written)
• Document and share important aspects of all engineering decisions being made

What you’ll need

• Strong engineering skills and foundations, including problem solving, coding and debugging
• Expertise in core Javascript with at least 7 years of experience developing with it
• Proficient in Typescript, HTML5, and CSS3 usage in building large-scale applications
• Experience in browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox) plugin development is a plus
• Passion for building rich and innovative user experience
• Strong communication skills. Proactive in driving various initiatives and processes for the team as well as communicating with various stakeholders

• 3 shift patterns (dependent on locations):
  A shift: 7.30am to 5pm / 7am to 4.30pm
  B shift: 1 to 10.30pm / 1.30pm to 11pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous and efficient service and if possible to comply with each and guest’s request.
• Ensure that all telephone calls are handled promptly within three rings.
• Be familiar with all room types and rates in the hotel and their availability status; up-sell whenever possible.
• Take ownership of problems, handle guest complaints promptly according to established procedures and then report to supervisor for further follow-up when necessary. Glitch reports are to be written when necessary.
• Ensure guest room security, and emergency and fire procedures; encourage the use of Safe Deposit boxes (El-Safe) and adhere to policies & procedures for their use.
• Be familiar with hotel facilities, functions, major city attractions, and events; provide guests with accurate information as requested.

Job Overview:

As a Front of House Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, ensuring that their dining experience is enjoyable, seamless, and memorable. You will play a key role in creating a positive atmosphere, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and supporting the overall operations of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service Excellence:Greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.
   Present menus, answer questions about the menu, and provide recommendations based on guests' preferences.
   Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen in a timely manner.
   Ensure food and drinks are served in a timely, professional manner.

   Clear dishes and refill drinks as needed.

   Ensure cash register and POS systems are accurately maintained.
   
5. Team Collaboration:Work closely with kitchen staff, baristas, bartenders, and other front-of-house team members to ensure smooth operations.

   Assist colleagues when needed, whether helping with cleaning, serving, or other tasks.
