Performance Objective:
To manage and lead 10-12 Sales Team in telemarketing GI products (Critical illness, Hospital, Accident plan) to generate sales revenue.
Key Accountabilities:
- Achieve or exceed monthly sale target by the management.
- Train, coach, guide & and motivate team to achieve their monthly sales target
- To prepare & ensure accuracy of reports at all times
- Achievement of daily/weekly/ monthly targets and all KPIs set by Management
- To perform the duties assigned as a Duty Floor Manager (DFM)
Team Manager Duties:
- Send daily/interim sales update to the management team at the end of each production day.
- Email daily sales to Division Head.
- Conduct daily morning briefings (e.g. product updates, revised underwriting etc).
- Checking of all sales files for (for any missing info to export to UOI/occupation or industry query).
- Call calibration- sharing of Quality call award winner’s call as best practices.
- Conduct (Daily briefing/sharing session) to update Sales and KPI run-rate to the team.
- To ensure all compliance requirements are met.
- Review and coaching of agent’s call. Document and identify the gap for improvement.
Monthly Duties / Reports:
- Prepare Agent Sales Report for management monthly sales review
- Campaign/Daily sales report analysis to come up with strategies to boost sales.
Ad-hoc Duties:
- Prepare & update agent performance for contract renewal or appraisal.
- Send email to UOI/admin regarding withdrawal/additional sale for the team.
- Attending to miscellaneous requests (checking of Cx’s details/photocopy etc.)

Requirements:
- Min Diploma/ Degree
- Min 3 – 5 years of experience in managing sales team
