• Liaise with internal teams, such as property managers and maintenance staff, to ensure tenant issues are resolved promptly.
• Communicate updates, policy changes, and new services to tenants, ensuring they are well-informed.
• Keep accurate records of tenant interactions, inquiries, and complaints to track performance and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

4. Performance Tracking & Reporting:

• Monitor key customer service metrics (e.g., response time, customer satisfaction scores) and report on performance to management.
• Provide feedback on areas for improvement based on tenant feedback and team performance.

Job Scope:

• To perform installation on actual vehicle when required

Job Requirements:

• Min. Nitec/ Diploma in any relevant engineering field

• Min. 1 yr relevant experience in electrical/ mechanical engineering

About the role

Assistant Restaurant Manager (Nobu Singapore)

To support the seamless daily operations of the restaurant, which includes maintaining exceptional service standards among team members, inspiring and engaging team members, overseeing employee relations, facilitating communication across all levels of staff, promoting career growth opportunities, ensuring compliance with wage and hour regulations, conducting training sessions, and addressing other operational needs at Nobu Singapore.

What you will do

• Ensure adherence to all policies, procedures/standards, and training programs while fostering a positive work environment to achieve company objectives.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of front-of-house equipment, oversee employment performance appraisals, and address guest issues promptly.
• Manage service manpower planning, stock control, and maximize sales opportunities with comprehensive menu knowledge.
• Facilitate communication within the front-of-house team, and oversee new hire onboarding and training.
• Manage cash handling procedures, implement health and safety regulations, and contribute to smooth restaurant operations while upholding unparalleled standards of presentation and service.

What you will bring

• Minimum of 4 years of service experience in a luxury hotel or Michelin restaurant, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Demonstrates extensive F&B service and operations expertise with a strong emphasis on VIP customer service.
• Excels in problem-solving and innovative thinking, fostering a team-oriented management style with an emphasis on open communication.
• Skilled in building and maintaining relationships across departments and with guests.
• Possesses administration knowledge in F&B operations and quality management, proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Job Description

Most of the world now live in cities. Liveable, sustainable and resilient cities are needed to face the looming challenges of climate change, the next pandemics, ageing populations and technological, social and economic disruptions such as what we are currently experiencing.

NUS Cities is a multi-disciplinary, open and inclusive collaborating platform comprising the following three pillars: education, research and advisory.

Education: Educate the next generation of students as well as current practitioners to take an urban systems approach to plan, govern, build and manage cities, using a strong case-based approach taught by both practitioners and academics.

Research: Taking a systems approach tacking some of our biggest urban challenges, and in the process, gradually developing a Science of Cities.

Advisory: Provide strategic advisory services to organisations and cities. NUS Cities will also partner other universities and research institutions locally and internationally, as well as with industry partners worldwide.

The full-time appointment for this Research Assistant position (Business Title: Associate, NUS Cities) is for a contract period of 1 year with the possibility of renewal.

Responsibilities 

• Establish and manage databases.
• Interpret and analyse data
• Assist in generating conference presentations and papers for submission to peer reviewed journals
• Collaborate across teams, assisting in multiple research projects at once
• Assist research PIs to ensure the successful and timely completion of the project(s)
• Any other tasks assigned

• Minimum Masters’ degree in a relevant discipline
