The EUC Engineer provides technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware and software. He/She responds, documents and resolves service tickets in a timely manner and according to Service Level Agreements. He/She creates new report templates and formats for new analysis. Job Description:

• Support the implementation and execution of the Infection Prevention and Control Program.
• Plan, implement, manage, and evaluate infection control activities at healthcare sites
• Conduct quality control audits on infection control and risk assessments
• Provide advice and training to facilities on prevention, transmission, infection control and appropriate precautions/ assessments
• Work with infection control doctors, nurses and microbiologists on outcome of disinfection being carried out
• Develop and implement infection control policies and procedures
