Job Description

The successful candidate will join the Maintenance Planning & Cost Control Department in SIA Engineering Division. You will be part of the team that oversees Maintenance Planning.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Plan and implement Boeing / Airbus aircraft maintenance programs and ensuring all mandatory airworthiness tasks meet regulatory and operational requirements.

• Coordinate with SIAEC (BM/LM) to carry out aircraft maintenance program tasks timely and efficiently.

• Update the Line Maintenance Tracking Chart (LMTC) daily for the issuance of work and completion status.

Summary

The Resource Planner is responsible for short-term planning, development and review of resource plans and rosters ensuring optimal allocation of the key operational resources including manpower, equipment and facilities. This role will cover short-term planning of at least 48 hours to 1 month ahead and also on the day of operation if required.

The Resource Planner will be planning for rosters across all ground handling functions regularly, and as required by the business. The Resource Planner works on fixed hours over 5 days’ week across weekdays and weekends.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Accountable for ensuring that the allocation of resources is undertaken independently, withoutprejudice, and in-line with the planned business needs, the dynamic real-time operational demands,and the unscheduled customer requirements; whilst achieving the targeted levels of the currentService Level Agreements
• Manage the issued rosters and ensure optimal staff coverage

Job Desription:

• Supporting the sales team to reach targets and maximise sales through continuous management of stock availability.
• Maintaining organised stock following company procedures, ensure the stockroom and the stock in order and clean.
• Providing support to production manager, build a strong relationship with Sales team, Production manger and Purchaser. Ensuring efficient and fast replenishment of raw materials and finished goods and shortening the waiting time of the customers.
• Leading the stock team by providing the leadership to stock staff and Inputting data for incoming and outcoming goods in the company system, monitoring and preparing any necessary documentation.
• Managing year-end stock counts.

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma certification.
• Good communication and planning skill
• Fluent English and Chinese prefered.

Job Description:

1. Prepare work packages and ensure spare availability prior to work commencement.
2. Prepare work packages and provide support to technical crew.
3. Liaise with technical crew and various departments to ensure smooth and timely completion of planned tasks.
4. Perform data input and analysis.
5. Plan and track monthly programs for completion.
6. Answer customer queries.

Requirements:

1. Min NITEC or Diploma holder in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent

Job Responsibilities

• Order management and administration for all aspects of the material order handling process and facilitating the stock dispatch of material from resources globally.
• Understand customer requirements and transform into fulfilment actions.
• Purchasing of parts from Airbus partner companies, which include monitoring and escalation of deliveries.
• Initiating withdrawal process from production lines, external suppliers or Airbus' global warehouses.
• Develop alternative solutions and make decisions to ensure in-time material delivery to meet customer requirement.
• Launch and coordinate sourcing process and data loading activities for new part numbers.
• Ensure in-time delivery for all spare parts and related services to all Airbus customers’ worldwide using available technical and commercial data.
• Coordinate clarification of technical and commercial queries utilizing Airbus Technical Documentation and/or liaising with Airbus technical, engineering or commercial departments.
• Be the focal point for the customer for material order related actions.
• Manage order book and follow up proactively to ensure no or low backlog and delays.
• Inform relevant stakeholders proactively on order status, especially for delays or critical parts.
• Hand over relevant tasks and related information to the 24/7 backup organisation.
• Provide high quality responses related to any customer or internal requests.
• Measure and utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) in order to manage material order activity and producing order activity reports.
• Assist, coordinate and prepare reports on operational topics and participate in customer meetings as required.
• Work in a team to fulfil overall targets and communicate any relevant information to other team members, especially planning officers to improve forecasting and avoid future critical situations.
