We are looking for a Maintenance Planner with a main responsibility in maintenance planning support towards long term service agreements in Marine 4-stroke portfolio. The preferred location for this position is in Pandan Cresent, Singapore.

Your role and responsibilities:

As a Maintenance Planner your work will include providing quarterly reports, budgets & scope of work for overhauls, following up on performed services and updating the supporting software tools accordingly. The tasks can also be adjusted based on your individual skills and interests. You’ll be working as a part of energetic maintenance management team with diverse expertise.

Requirements for the position:

• Diploma/B.Sc. in Mechanical or Productional engineering or equivalent
• Theoretical 4-stroke diesel engine knowledge
• Basic IT-software skills (e.g. office 365)
• Good co-operation, teamwork and communication skills

As an ideal candidate you might also have:

• Field service experience on Marine 4-s engines
• Knowledge of CMMS(Computerized Maintenance Management System), PMS(Plan Management System) tools
• Extrovert with advanced communicational skills
• Understanding of contractual and financial business
• Understanding of maintenance planning

Job Responsibilities:

• Forecast Planning
• Plan and schedule production orders in accordance with demand and available resources
• Coordinate with project leaders, planners and production supervisors on work prioritization according to delivery schedule
• Responsible for material and production planning, requisition of materials and maintenance of BOM or design change implementation
• Responsible for order confirmation based on material and capability availability
• Plan, control and coordinate with purchasers on material deliveries to avoid building up of high stock inventory
• Monitor material availability for production continuity
• Periodically report: E&O, quarterly buy-down claim
• Ensure timely closure of production orders for invoicing
• Compliance with RBA

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ degree holder in Supply Chain Management
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience / relevant industries
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• SAP knowledge is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to align supply chain planning with business needs.
• Monitor inventory levels, sales trends, and order status to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts or overstock situations.
• Create and manage production and procurement schedules in coordination with suppliers and internal teams.
• Analyze supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement in forecasting, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Prepare and present supply chain reports, highlighting trends, issues, and performance metrics.
• Assist with capacity planning and scenario planning to support strategic initiatives.
• Work closely with logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the planning process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Demand Planner, Supply Planner, or similar role in a supply chain environment.
• Strong understanding of demand forecasting, inventory management, and procurement processes.

This role will engage directly with customers to understand their requirements and will drive internal procurement processes & global supply chain operations to exceed both internal & external expectations. The position will lead strategic initiatives focused on enhancing efficiency and profitability at Ichor Systems, ensuring all deliverables meet customer needs.

Job Duties & Key Responsibilities

• Implement supply chain strategies for assigned products and programs to support delivery, reduce supply risk, reduce costs, and optimize cash flow.
• Attend production meetings and communicate shortage updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve root causes of issues such as planning errors, unexpected demand, Engineering Change Order (ECO) implementations, supply constraints.
• Maintain DDMRP (Demand Driven MRP) programs such as Kanban and safety stock replenishment, including quantity analysis, ERP system updates, contract maintenance, and forecast communication with suppliers, ensuring compliance with service levels and mitigating liabilities.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of all value-added activities within a product's value chain, including diagramming and measurement.

Job Requirements

• About 1-2 years of Planning experience in semiconductor or similar manufacturing industries would be preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and perform well under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with additional knowledge of Visual Basic (VB) and Power BI is an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, capable of clearly escalating issues and requirements to suppliers, stakeholders, and team members.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams, including technical decision-makers, with a strong understanding of purchasing, supplier selection, cost analysis, and negotiation
