Legal

A Day in the life of the Assistant General Manager :

• Work with the Management team to ensure operational issues are resolved.
• Reviews and approve all Company processes and policies to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

This advertisement is for recruiting for the position of Operations Support (General Printing).

If successfully selected, you will be seconded to MOE primary school located in Woodlands.

Contract Period: From 01 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2026

Service is not required during this period

1. Two weeks in June - will notify exact period of time a month before
2. Last two weeks in November
3. First two weeks in December

Option to Extend: for a further period of 2 years from 1 Jan 2027 to 31 Dec 2027 and 1 Jan 2028 to 31 Dec 2028.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Fridays: 8:00am to 5:00pm, including of 0.5 hours lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

The services required are set out as follows:

• Assist teachers in the printing of study materials.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
