Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week in between Mon - Sun

Salary: $3000 - $3500

Job Responsibilities:

-Responsible for welcoming guests in a courteous and prompt manner and leading them to a prepared table in accordance with the restaurant's seating procedures.

-Be familiar with the menu, promotions, and service procedures.

-Provide full assistance to guests concerning general queries at the restaurant.

-Provide full assistance to incoming inquiries via email or telephone and make reservations accordingly and accurately for the guests.

-To work closely with the Operations / Restaurant Manager, and peers to ensure all guests are greeted properly and escorted to their ready tables.

-Obtain familiarity with restaurant policies and procedures in reference to training, safety, and security.

-To familiarize with the work nature and responsibilities of staff and all the restaurant events.

-Ensure reservation counters are well maintained. Assist manager to keep track of guest history profiles.

Job Requirements:

-At least 1 year of relevant working experience is required for this position.

-Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service, Customer Service, or equivalent.

-Positive “can-do” attitude, motivated, passionate, and seeks opportunities to be multi-skilled and trained.

-Good personal grooming & personal presentation

Salary: $2500 - $3500

Working Location: Tampines One

Working Hours: 5 Days per week including weekends & PH

Duties

• Maintain outlet’s cleanliness
• In charge of outlet’s daily opening and closing
• Deliver good customer service
• Understand restaurant menu and product knowledge, upsell company’s product
• Share the responsibility in guarantying the hygiene, safety and the service quality
• Placing food and beverages order, ensure the orders to be deliver within said timeframe
• Responsible for the cashier counter
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be able to work on weekends
• Bilingual in english and mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking counterparts
