• Identify and investigate potentially fraudulent activities or financial irregularities
• Review Information security and general risk management (Politics, Accidents etc.)
• Identify areas of risk and recommend solutions to mitigate risk and improve the operation
• Prepare and present audit reports to the CEO and BOD members
• Collaborate with the Internal Audit department of HQ as a member of the Global Audit team
• Collaborate with external auditors during statutory audits
• Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and remedial actions
• Strengthen the internal audit function and its process
• Establish the audit committee
• Lead the internal audit team as a head of function after new members join the team
• Regional coverage
• Group companies in Asian and Middle East countries

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, or CA are preferred
• A minimum of 5 years of conducting audits
• Experience in developing and executing audit plans and evaluating internal control systems
• Strong knowledge of internal auditing standards and practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills based on mutual respect and understanding in the multi-national team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel
• Experience in SAP S4 Hana and from the industrial industry is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Familiarity with multi-product offerings and experience as a Global Account Manager.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, including credit, treasury, and transaction services.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese to liaise with headquarters and international stakeholders.
