Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement the company’s strategic vision and operational plans.
• Drive business growth through identifying opportunities, fostering partnerships, and expanding market share.
• Ensure alignment of all departments with the company’s goals and objectives.

Operational Oversight:

• Manage day-to-day operations, including project planning, execution, and completion within timelines and budgets.

Financial Management:

• Develop and manage the company’s budgets and financial goals.

Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and administrative staff.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects and teams.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Singapore’s construction regulations, safety standards, and building codes.
• Proficiency in project management tools and construction-related software.
• Understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Leadership & Communication:

• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Providing general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, scanning and organising documents

Maintaining and updating databases, records and other filing systems

Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations and other documents as required

Performing other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

• Keep all relevant stakeholders informed of Southeast Asia Region's development
• Give strategic advice and reporting results to Board Directors / Board Members in Headquarter-Japan
• Create and report on business plans, monitoring its efficacy and progress to ensure in-line with Head Quarter's objective
