We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Account Manager to join our growing team to support our enterprise hospital and clinic customers in the rollout and implementation of Bot MD products across Singapore.

In this role, you will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager and help to strengthen the playbook of Bot MD’s sales and account management strategies across Singapore. Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end outbound sales and overall revenue growth for hospitals and clinics across Singapore.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive process and product improvements to support client renewal and revenue growth.
• Uncover new opportunities within existing clients to enable up-sell and cross-sell conversations.
• Opportunity to build a playbook to scale across the region.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of sales experience; with relevant hunting experience in the healthcare or startup tech related fields
• Passionate about Bot MD’s products and impacting healthcare.
• Love technology and possess a deep understanding of SaaS products, ideally with experience managing hospital and clinic stakeholders within the medical industry.
• Experience in collaborating with cross functional teams (product management, solutions delivery, engineering).
• Team player with great communication skills and a can-do spirit.

· Lead and oversee the end-to-end vaccine R&D process, from concept to clinical trials

· Develop project timelines, milestones, and budgets, ensuring that projects stay on track and within scope.

· Drive the scientific strategy for vaccine discovery, formulation, and development

· Keep up-to-date with industry trends, scientific advancements, and regulatory changes that may impact vaccine development.

· Oversee preclinical studies, including animal model testing, safety, immunogenicity, and efficacy evaluations.

· Ensure proper documentation of research and development activities for intellectual property and regulatory filings.

· Communicate project updates to senior management, stakeholders, and external partners.

· Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, biotech companies, and healthcare organizations.

Identify and mitigate scientific, technical, and operational risks throughout the vaccine development process.

· Ph.D. in Immunology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Life Science, or related field

· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in vaccine R&D

· Experience of virus culture preferred

· Independent, excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

· Overseas travel might be required
