Key Responsibility

• Perform diagnosis and prescribing of medication according to patient conditions
• Conduct basic health screening and health counselling

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of patients’ condition and care given
• Establish, review, and refine clinical standards to ensure quality healthcare delivery for optimal patient outcome

Key Requirements

- MBBS or equivalent with at least 3 years experiences as Medical Officer
- Ability to work independently and have strong adaptability to changes
- Exceptional communication skills, bilingual preferred
- Comfortable with using technology and systems
- Prior experience with in Private Clinic, Hospitals, Polyclinics or Health screening centres.

Job Description:

· Supervise and manage daily site operations, including the performance and efficiency of workers.

· Collaborate with team members, plan, organize, and allocate tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion of orders.

· Performs packing duties of goods (machine/components) into wooden crate/carton boxes, ensuring adherence to measurement and quality standards.

· Responsible for manually carrying and transferring parts into packaging boxes for protective packing.

· Conduct quality checks on packed items to confirm compliance with customer and company requirements.

· Perform and supervise the use of equipment such as air nailers and measurement tools / techniques to ensure precision in packing.

· Ensure goods are packed proficiently, accurately and safely within the wooden crate/carton box.

· Train and mentor team members on packing techniques, safety protocols, and operational efficiency.

· Create stencil markings and ensure proper labelling on all crates and boxes.

· Maintain accurate records of packaged products.

· Undertake any additional tasks as assigned by the management.

Requirement:

· At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a similar role, preferably in packing operations.

· Proficient in using measurement tools / knowledge to ensure accurate and precise packing dimensions.

· Valid forklift license with at least 2 years of operational experience.

· Experience with air nailer and required to wear coveralls and PPE during work.

· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

· Strong communication and leadership skills to manage and motivate a team.
