Role Summary

The Operating Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business to ensure the smooth and efficient running of all departments. Requirements

Our client is a Automotive Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Corporate Finance and Treasury Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee cash management, bank loans, and intercompany lending.
• Support stakeholders with FX and trade finance matters.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including FATCA.
• Prepare weekly consolidated cash flow forecasts for short- and medium-term needs.
• Assist with the preparation of directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with statutory filing requirements.
• Support audit processes by preparing necessary bank and director confirmations.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports and annual financial statements in line with group standards.
• Coordinate with Legal on banking agreements and negotiate terms with banks.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Min Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Min 5 years’ relevant working experience
• Good knowledge/experience in treasury is a bonus.

RESPONSIBLITIES

• Must have knowledge in product stewardship in the following areas; Change Management, New enhancement, Tech knowledge, Customer Compliance and Product Testing.
• Must have actual on-site deployment experience.
• Possess knowledge on treatment of waste management.
• Ensure plant processes and controls are in compliance with Industry ISO standards and local and international regulations. Possess knowledge and certification in ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and FSSC 22000.
• Align all quality production activity to meet operations objectives and sales targets.
• Recommend new quality checks to improve product quality inspections for production and all quality related issues.
• Perform random product quality inspections & prepare documentations needed to meet and achieve industry certification for produced finished products.
• Responsible for all QA and QC processes as well as all safety and environmental practices within the plant. To review, establish and update.
• Conduct internal reviews and audits for regulatory compliance, prepare audit reports and ensure corrective actions are followed up.
• Handle customer complaints and provide resolution.
• Conduct, analyses & report incident investigations, and oversee recommendations for proper follow-up and closure.
• Manage plant safety, health and environment protection together with Production Manager.
• You will also be responsible for any office safety compliance and to work with the respective office building management, if needed.
• This role will report to Head Quarters Quality Compliance (Germany) and the General Manager (Singapore).
• Any other duties as and when required to be done by superior.

REQUIREMENTS

• Min Diploma, bachelor degree or equivalent
• Possess at least 4-5 years experience in QA and QC in plastic manufacturing industry
• Independent, self-motivated, resourceful and to have accountability
• Adaptable and competent person who understands not only ISO but the regulatory requirements.
• Experienced in Diagnostic troubleshooting skills
• Able to write reports and present confidently
