Main Responsibilities:

Identify sales leads and potential markets

Meet up with client to understand their renovation and design requirement

Provide professional advice on space planning, design conceptualization and materials

Develop field sales action plans

Identify different consumer requirements based on marketing opportunities

Site Coordination

Job Requirement:

Preferably 1-2 years of experience as a sales representative in Interior Design / Construction

Responsibilities:

• Collaboration in space planning assignments, conceptual and schematic design, design development, design documentation and construction site supervision for design implementation.
• Plan, schedule and run design activities to meet the project programme.
• Preparation of communicative presentations (in pptx or other media).
• Preparation of coherent sets of design-focused tender drawings.
• Coordination with consultants, vendors, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies and other collaborators to meet overall project objectives.
• Ensure all designs meet with local regulatory compliance requirements.
• Review of shop drawings submittals and finish samples.
• Conducting site observations to monitor construction progress and to ensure that planning and design intent are fully realised at site.
• Contribution to refinement of office design processes.
• Manage client/ consultant stakeholders and engage in design meetings to drive project progress and resolve issues.

Requirements

• Singaporean or Singapore PR Only.
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 5+ years of experience in the design industry.
• Experienced in Healthcare, Laboratory, Nursing homes, Special needs facilities and workplace preferred but not necessary. However, interest and willingness to learn is a must.
• Excel in 3D modelling, visualization, and graphic software; Revit skillset is strongly preferred. (Others include acad, Sketch-up, Enscape, adobe and Microsoft suites).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Enthusiastic individuals with good team spirit.
• Positive working attitude, able to work under pressure and meet target, responsible, highly motivated.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Experienced in conceptual design, schematic design, design development and design/tender documentation.
• Have a keen desire to produce good and aesthetic designs. A good eye for good aesthetics is a plus.
• Familiar with local codes and building practices is preferred, but not necessary.

Project Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and project managers, to integrate design concepts into comprehensive project plans.

Collaborate with colleagues to incorporate feedback and make necessary design adjustments.

Presentation Skills:

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to communicate design concepts to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.

Create visually appealing renderings and presentations using Rhino 3D.

Documentation:

Generate detailed architectural drawings, plans, and documentation using industry-standard software and tools.

Ensure accuracy and precision in all design documentation.

3D Designer

This role is a 3d designer position contributing to the highest quality of proposal, using spatial elements to create experiential, informational and impactful content for design proposals. Be a team-player and work seamlessly with other members as well as inter-departmental colleagues in projects.

Produce good quality designs through sketches, 3D models, 3D rendering and presentation techniques to communicate design intentions and ideas that work with client’s objectives within deadlines stipulated. Be creative, understand current design trends and applications.

This role works with account leads, clients and creative teams to provide a clear, concise point of view, supported by how to engage consumers to drive action / conversion.

• Create spatial experiences for marketing proposals from idea generation and spatial planning to implementation for a range of commercial interior, events, visual merchandising and exhibitions spaces

Requirements

• Degree in industrial design, product design / interior architecture or similar qualifications
• Have experience on agency-side including interior design/visual merchandising/POP
• Mastery in 3D conception, perspective, construction drawing, detailing, rendering & sketching
• Good knowledge of materials and technical requirements.
• Proficiency in design software ideally Solidworks / Vectorworks / AutoCad and 3DMax / Cinema 4D*. Mastery in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, AfterEffects, Flash) Well skilled in all Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Good familiarity with Asia markets

- Design, Develop, test, and deploy dynamic and responsive web solutions; mainly web-based WordPress sites/applications.
- Implement, and maintain new/existing web-based applications & websites

- A fair understanding of PHP development and security best practices
- A fair understanding of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
- Some experience with WooCommerce

Candidate’s Responsibilities:

· Meet and understand client’s objectives and prepare design proposal

· Undertake design project from concept to completion

· Produce 3D & detailed drawings

· Work with sub-contractors or suppliers to understand and source for materials

· Develop creative, solution-base plans to clients in areas of space planning, furniture products, colours and mood board

· Take on-site measurements and all relevant photos for planning and conceptualising

· Work closely with project team and client during the content construction/implantation phase

· Understand the construction process and prioritize the procedures at various stages

· Ensure dimensions and materials use are accurate and fully functional

· Work diligently to deliver services and completed projects to client timely and professionally

· Maintain work communication and attend to client, project team enquiries always via WhatsApp and other communication tools, outside working hours if necessary
