Key Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct user research activities to understand users' goals, behaviour and needs.
• Develop models of your users based on research findings, as well as models for other domain factors.

What we are looking for?

• Education in a Design Discipline (e.g. Interaction, Graphic, Visual Communications), HCI, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch and Adobe CS (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
• Keen understanding of underlying technology and mediums. For example, how a web browser works and renders pixels on the screen. Knowledge in coding is an additional advantage.
• Propose design decisions that are desirable for users, viable for the business and feasible technically.
• Have a portfolio of shipped digital projects that are ongoing. Preferably have experience with developing eServices for public
• Strong communication skills and ability, creativity and strategic thinker.
• Good presenter as well as listener.

· Participate in all phases of Projects from concept development, tender, bids, FEEDs, construction, commissioning, execution, modification to completion

· Participate in designing the FPSO, including:

> Develop and contribute with input to philosophies and design specification for discipline

> Perform AutoCAD drafting for discipline as per project requirements

> Prepare drawings, single lines, block diagrams, termination diagrams, layouts, topologies etc.
