• Undertake market and general research to supplement the studio’s strategic responses to client briefs proposals for both client work and the studio’s own creative undertakings at the direction of team directors and project leads.
• Support and collaborate with team members across disciplines to integrate and execute design proposals for both client work and the studio’s own creative undertakings at the direction of team directors and project leads.
• Attend and participate in alignment meetings and working sessions with clients and/or contractors on with project leads on behalf of the studio.
• Where needed, to liaise with and manage contractors and vendors on behalf of the studio and/or clients for the successful execution and delivery of project.
• Manage personal timelines and workflow to ensure smooth delivery of design deliverables (for both internal review and external submission) in a timely manner.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Performs space planning and visualizes in 3D perspective;
• Sources for materials and gathers cost estimates from suppliers for budgeting;
• Prepares design proposal with materials, concept images and colour selections;
• Assists in conveying design concept to clients in formal presentations;
• Produces tender drawings, working drawings and interior finishes specifications;
• Liaises and discuss design/construction issues with clients and specialists;
• Involvement in tender exercise process, evaluate tender submission and report on recommendation;
• Review and approval of shop drawings and material submitted by contractor;
• Gather updates on progress on-site and resolves issues with contractors and specialists.

2. Work independently as well as cooperatively with the marketing team to meet deadlines. Stay within budgets and timelines base on project briefs which may include 5 or more simultaneous projects.

3. Examine existing processes, identify flaws and create solutions that improve design capabilities.

4. Update and maintain internal database for designs, photography and video.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate, brainstorm and strategize with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentation decks, design collaterals, signages and marketing materials.

2. Develop design ideas determining the ideal usage of color, texts, imagery and layout.

3. Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials base on best practices or cost-effective way.

4. Use trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific classifications.

5. To work closely with the Creative Director and Creative team.

Required skills and qualifications:

1. Three or more years of experience in professional graphic design preferably with a creative or marketing agency.

2. Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills

3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

4. Ability to manage timelines.

5. Working knowledge of various graphic design software.

6. Good attitude and passionate hunger to achieve creative goals.

7. Ability to work long hours even on weekends.

8. Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art or related discipline.

9. Interested candidates have to submit relevant portfolios before an interview with the Creative Director can be arranged.

About The Role:

· Meet with clients to determine objectives and requirements for structures.

· Involvement in design development.

· Incorporate codes, authority submissions, consultations.

Requirement:

· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or relevant field (project management etc.)

· Min. 1 years relevant working experience preferred.

· Due to need of local knowledge, only Singaporean/ Singapore PR preferred.
