We are a growing carpentry workshop, seeking a team of Interior Designers (Sales) for our expanding business.

We are ideally looking for someone with have Sales Background, best is to have knowledge in the Renovation and Carpentry industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Sales duties at the showroom, inclusive of promoting loose furniture and interior design services

- Respond and follow up with customers’ queries in a polite and friendly manner

- Engage customers by understanding their expectations and presenting them with design proposals

- Manage the whole project cycle, such as project management, and ensure quality and timely completion of the projects.

- Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders such as logistics, procurement, project teams, and sub-contractors

- Perform admin duties such as sales quotations, orders, reports, and emails

- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

- Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills

- Excellent customer service and computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)

- Basic knowledge of interior design, carpentry, and home furniture will be a plus

- Demonstrate a positive attitude and responsibility

- Preferably with 2 years of relevant SALES experience. Training will be provided for those without experience.

- Willing to work after office hours and on weekends (Both Sat & Sun)

- Willing to work at construction, renovation sites, or non-air-con environment

- Diploma or high school level or equivalent

The Senior Designer will be responsible for design, craft and execution of innovative visual materials for integrated, cross-channel initiatives. This individual should possess keen conceptual and design skills and assist the Creative Director in improving the technical and creative performance of staff within his group.

You must have strong leadership skills and be able to inspire a team of designers, juggle multiple projects simultaneously, and work closely with clients. You must create a range of concepts and designs for each project. You must be able to partner with copywriters to ensure the copy and voice supports the concept. You must be self-motivated with a positive attitude and have strong communications skills.

Expectations of a Senior Designer

· Ideate, craft and execute original and iconic creative concepts in response to client briefs, objectives or goals

· Is responsible for the proper placement, context and meaning of every image and graphic element within a creative assignment

Responsibilities

• Development of lighting solutions for different projects together with lighting consultants, architects and Sales Team

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

We are undertaking new projects and seeking an experienced Lighting Designer. The Lighting Designer will be in charge of lighting design and project conceptualisation, thus he/she must be able to:

• Demonstrate a clear understanding of Light in the architectural context

• Produce calculations, sketches, cut-sheets, renderings, specification sheets, work instructions and procedure manuals

• Develop concepts into schematic and detailed designs with CAD drawings and technical specifications

• Work closely with clients to develop concepts for façade, interior and landscape lighting

• Provide budget and power consumption estimates

• Represent the company at meetings & design-workshops with clients/suppliers

• Work with large scale floor plans and calculate lux level

• Multi-task across all ES-team projects and work independently

• Manage project administration including Project Logs; Project Document/ Issuance Register & filing according to documentation standards

• Be responsible for time management concerning project deadlines; deliverables; meeting scheduling

• Continually enhance professional knowledge of new technologies

• Manage and continually update other staff about new products procured

• Provide Graphic Design support for marketing materials on an ad-hoc basis

• Proactive and creative in recommending products/modification in lighting stimulation to acheive target objectives

Requirements

• Min 2-3 years of relevant design experience in Lighting Design or relevant disciplines

• Experience on large scale architectural projects is advantageous

• Proficient or experienced in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Photoshop, DiaLux

• Must reside in Singapore

Graphics Designer

If you are an individual with a strong design flair, often triggered by bad typography on the streets, understand all the design principles as if it’s your blood, flesh and soul, and practically breathe aesthetic, we want you to be part of our ever-growing dynamic team!

Responsibilities:

• Produce high-end visual, textual, and/or animated content that is effective, aesthetic, on-brand, and on-strategy for use on promotional creatives, email templates, social media graphics, and banner ads
• Collaborate with marketing teams to determine appropriate visual, textual, and animated elements of projects, discussing them with clients or supervisors and making necessary changes
• Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed
• Be involved in the content calendar production work - graphics, animations, gifs, videos

Qualifications/Skills:

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Graphic design, Industrial design or Interior design, with at least 2 years of experience
• Experience in using a variety of design tools, including the Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to translate product positioning, existing research, and offline/online Marketing strategies into effective designs
• High attention to detail with aesthetic eyes and excellent personal communication skills
• Knowledge in After Effects, Premiere Pro or other video editing software is a plus
• Positive attitude and high drive for constant learning in a fast-paced design environment
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is preferred, enabling effective communication in multilingual settings
