As a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, you are responsible to support the day-to-day operations of the Care and Call Centre (CareHub) to meet CareHub’s service standards, key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver a positive customer experience for residents and community partners who reach in to CareHub for support to age well in the community.

You will work closely with stakeholders and the CareHub team including Call Centre Officers (CCOs) who are helming CareHub, to draft, develop and implement requirements (including IT systems) and collaborative workflows and SOPs to bring plans into reality dovetailed to implementation timeline, organisation’s strategies, priorities and national’s directives. You will ensure that CCOs are properly trained and supported by a relevant knowledge management system to support handling of enquiries in the most professional and timely manner.

You will have the opportunity to support the developmental plans and partnerships of CareHub by driving and facilitating conversations with stakeholders and community partners to further develop CareHub and review CareHub’s functions and initiatives which improve outcomes in tandem with the wider community ecosystem.

You will be responsible to support the smooth operations and administration of CareHub. Your exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and ability to handle complex tasks will be instrumental in ensuring operation success. You will be instrumental in supporting the monitoring of CareHub’s key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring that CareHub’s service standards are met to deliver a positive customer experience for residents and community partners who reach in to CareHub for support to age well in the community.

You will also participate in the development, implementation and review of CareHub’s functions and initiatives, as well as be a knowledge champion to continuously support our call centre officers to obtain and maintain competency in managing resident and partners’ queries within KPIs and standards. 4. Conduct audits on call and email cases to ensure standards are met with proper documentation and basic visualization charts to support high-level reporting to management.

Play a vital role in the on-boarding process of new employees, handling administrative tasks such as coordinating paperwork, updating and coordination of the training plan and schedule, updating email distribution lists, setting up workstations, and providing necessary resources. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing off-boarding activities, including the collection of company assets, conducting exit interviews, and updating relevant records.
12. Collaborate with other departments to support the operations and administration of CareHub eg. work with the finance department to track and monitor budgetary expenditures.
13. Coordinate and schedule meetings which will involve the booking of rooms, arranging necessary equipment, and ensuring all logistical aspects are well-organized.
