OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Facilitate professional, high standard international health assistance services pertaining to international travelers and expatriates overseas for International SOS (Intl.SOS) clients globally. Medical Healthcare Coordination (Assistance)

• Receive calls from various international locations relating to requests for medical assistance abroad and ascertain the assistance requirements of Intl.SOS clients.
• Facilitate the provision of assistance through referral to accredited medical and technical providers at various international patient locations abroad.
• Collect as appropriate medical and other relevant health information from international sources and collate updates for Intl.SOS clients.

Job Responsibilities of Beauty Therapist / Beautician

• Perform treatments for clients such as machine-based facials, slimming, hair removal, women care treatment and more.
• Perform skin/body/hair analysis for new and existing customers
• Makes professional recommendations on products and treatments to clients
• Maintain top-notch customer service standards
• Handle customers' requests and enquiries
• To provide professional treatments and high quality services.
• Conduct skin analysis and consultation.
• Recommend and advise clients on suitable package, products, treatments and body care.
• Manage appointments, payment billing and collection.
• Update and maintain client records including personal details, treatment and medical history, patient notes, before and after photos, session claimed and etc into system.
• Follow up customer treatment and condition as required.
• Prepare treatment rooms, maintain cleanliness and hygienic work environment.
• Practice safety when using products and machinery.
• Build customer relationship and handle customer enquiries and complaints.
• Achieving and exceeding sales target/ KPI sets by the management.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experiences in Beauty Industry.
• Able to speak English and Mandarin.
• Females

Work hours:

* Weekday 11am-9pm ; weekends and PH 10am-7pm

*6 days off

*Annual leave up to 14 days

Facilitation of day-to-day studio operations:

• Ensure smooth daily studio operations, customers coordination, and facility maintenance.
• Conduct daily housekeeping of premises and disinfect equipment.
• Monitor and manage studio inventory, supplies, and equipment.
• Interview, recruit and supervise studio staff, including instructors.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships.
• Gather and address client feedback and concerns promptly and professionally for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional activities to attract new clients.
• Maintain a deep understanding of studio offerings to effectively communicate value to potential customers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and enforce studio policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Passionate about wellness and holistic health.
• Previous experience in a gym or yoga studio is a plus.
• Familiarity with online booking platforms is beneficial.
• Enjoy working with people and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Flexible and adaptable, able to work split shifts. 8am to 12pm, 4.30pm to 8.30pm (Off on weekdays)

• Preferred qualification in "para-medical science" degree /diploma in nutrition, food science, biomedical, physiotherapy, pharmacy.
• Cidesco / CIBTEC / ITEC / NSRS / NITEC Spa and Aesthetic Therapy, WSQ will be an advantage
• An independent and initiative individual who plays well in team
• Able to handle Service & Sales (S&S) orientated environment
