• Gather customer testimonials, feedback form, before and after photos.
• Brainstorm marketing strategies to boost outlet sales figures.

• Demonstrate resourcefulness, a service-oriented approach, active engagement, and effective hands-on management skills.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the Beauty/Spa Industry, with a preferred background in a managerial role.
• Highly motivated person who is sales-driven & result orientated.
• Proven sales track record and the capability to meet sales targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service attitude.
• Preferably someone who is able to communicate in English and Chinese language.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep and mop the floors.
• Wash and clean the bathrooms, toilets, etc.
• Wash, dry, and fold residents’ clothing, linens, blankets, towels, bed sheets, and iron if necessary.
• Clear all cutleries, tables, and linens after every meal.
• Maintain the cleanliness of doors, windows, furniture, fixtures, and all electrical appliances.
• Tidy and clean the compounds and drains.
• Maintain and grow the garden to meet specific requirements and expectations.
• Perform basic maintenance such as cutting the grass, emptying bins, managing weed control, and leaf raking.
• Plant and nurture new trees, flowers, and various plants.
• Work with hand tools and basic light machinery such as plant vehicles and small diggers.
• Service all garden equipment and machinery.
• Maintain a clean garden by clearing rubbish and litter from the garden and grounds.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

• Working experience in the chemical industry
• Deep knowledge of Safety legislation and regulations in the chemical industry
