• Position Title: Sales Manager – Beauty/Cosmetics
• Working Location: Ubi
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9 am to 7 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $4500 + Staff Discounts + Variable Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve the company’s sales targets.
• Scout and recruit new retailers using industry contacts.
• Pitch and introduce new products to existing retailers.
• Manage and execute promotional campaigns across Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, and physical stores.
• Organize and participate in store events to enhance brand visibility.
• Train and lead beauty advisors to meet sales targets.
• Engage in livestreaming sessions to promote and sell products.
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

• Diploma or Degree in administration, business.
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in sales and business development, specifically in skincare or cosmetics.
• Availability to co-host livestreams during late-night hours twice a month.

Job Summary:

• Plays a critical role in the company’s financial planning and decision-making processes.
• Involves managing financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, as well as analyzing financial data to guide strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the company’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and long-term financial planning.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and capital expenditures to ensure financial stability.
• Provide financial reports to senior management, highlighting key financial metrics, variances, and trends.
• Work closely with department heads to develop annual budgets and monitor budget vs. actual performance throughout the year.
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis, investment appraisal, and profitability analysis to support business growth and financial efficiency.
• Assess financial risks and opportunities, including managing investments, debt, and financial instruments.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including taxes and audits.
• Manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions.
• Support business decisions by evaluating the financial impact of new projects, initiatives, or product lines.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the finance team, ensuring continuous development and effective performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in financial management or a similar role.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of financial markets, investments, and risk management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Primary Goal: Ensure the company's financial health by developing strategic financial plans, managing resources efficiently, and aligning financial goals with overall business objectives.

Retail Sales Associate (Health Supplements)

• Working location: Island-wide
• Working days: 6 days work week
• Working hours: 44hours (depending on roster)
• Salary Package : Basic + Commission + OT (X1.7 rate)

Job Description

• To perform sales of Company Products and perform store duties.
• To meet the monthly and daily sales target.
• Advising customer on how to manage their total health with Company System.
• Build a good relationship with customer and deliver excellent customer service.
