The Role

• Provide total patient care services to patients through interventions, follow-ups and lifestyle modification service so thatpatients’ needs are met and that Guardian is seen as an outstanding community pharmacy

Working hours:-

Normal retail hours (including weekends)

Salary Range: $4000 - $12000 (For experienced instructor)

• Full time position only
• Possess relevant Beauty certificate (eg: CIBTEC, CIDESCO)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in facial treatment
• Good sales, interpersonal and communications skills
• Able to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
• Able to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays

Job Scope:

• Assess the customer’s face condition and propose the right treatment for the customer
• Professional recommendations on products to customers
• Scheduling appointments for facial customers
• Data entry of customer’s personal information
• Basic stock taking and inventory list management
• Paperwork and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

• Supervising a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth operation
• Responsible for the sales of your category of products
• Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
• Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards
• Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally

Requirement:

Willing to work on roster based on retail hours.

Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working hours:

• 6 days roster based (retail hour 10am to 10pm)
• 1 weekday off

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead the site safety team and subcontractors in the implementation of company's safety systems.
• Liaise closely with site operations staff and project manager on all safety and health issues.
• To supervise safety and promote safety conduct.
• To inspect and rectify any unsafe place of work.
• To correct any unsafe practice;
• Conduct regular safety inspection/audits to identify safety and health hazards and conduct safety gap analysis.
• Assist in accident reporting and investigations as well as tool-box meetings.
• Assist in all areas of safety planning and incident prevention.
• Assist in ISO OHSAS 45001 and ISO 14001 audits.
• Attend to any government agencies, insurance companies, auditors etc.
• Any other duties as stipulated in WSH Act.

Requirements:

• MOM registered WSHO.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building & construction.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Good knowledge in ISO OHSAS 45001 and ISO 14001
• Able to work across all departments and functions.
• Knowledge of the construction industry activities
