Duration: 22 hrs per week (Exclude break)

Working days: 2-5 days per week

Responsibilities

• Be a Shilla ambassador and portray a professional and customer oriented image at all times.
• Welcome every customer and elevate customer service experience through good customer service, sharing of solid product knowledge and expertise.
• Recognize sale opportunities when dealing with customers and be able to capitalize on upselling / cross presentation of items or services at point of service.
• Perform inventory replenishment as and when required.
• Maintain basic housekeeping and abide to all operation procedures.
• Operate POS cash register and handle various mode of payment.
• Any other duties as per assigned

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist and support the nurses in the delivery of nursing care to the residents
• Assist in monitoring of vital signs
• Attend to the daily needs of the residents to ensure safety, comfort and well being of the residents
• Assist in the conduct of daily exercises for the residents
• Provide guidance to the Health Care Assistant and Health Attendant
• Maintain accurate documentation of care given
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by nurses

• Higher Certificate in Healthcare Support/Nursing Care/ITC in Healthcare/GCE N Level/Diploma in Nursing
• Able to work independently and communicate well with team

Working Hours

• 44 working hours per week (1days off per week according to roster)
• Shift duty according to the nursing roster
• Meal break: 30 minutes
• Tea break: 15 minutes

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sales and operations of aesthetics medical spa business
• Achieve personal and outlet sales targets consistently
• Identify, recommend and promote appropriate face, hair removal and body aesthetic treatments
• Work closely with the Marketing Department on the execution of sales and promotional activities, handle social media/phone enquries
• Build customers relationships into long-term clients
• Handle customers’ feedback and provide service recovery where necessary.
• Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback and coaching.
• Analyse, maintain and develop standard operating procedures
• Handle ad-hoc duties and projects assigned by management
• Build and motivate the operations team to boost sales performance

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Required language(s): English, Mandarin (in order to handle Mandarin speaking customers.)
• Required Skill(s): team management, sales and operations, consultation, customer service
• At least 3 years of relevant sales experience in the aesthetics industry and experience in outlet management preferably in a medi-spa environment
• Prior experience in aesthetics treatments such as lasers, hifu, radiofrequency, fat freezing, emsculpt, hair removal etc
• Well-groomed with a pleasant personality
• Results driven and service oriented with proven sales track record.
• Strong aptitude in sales promotional techniques
• Willing to work 5.5 days (6 off days per month)
